The following policies apply to the on-site training we offer. We like to keep things short, simple, and fair, and we hope that you will appreciate those aspects of our policies.
We prefer a limit of twelve participants, however the decision will ultimately be made by the client.
All prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed once we receive the deposit that we have agreed upon.
Payment is required three weeks in advance, thus allowing for the instructor's travel arrangements (if any are required) to be made at reasonable rates.
A full refund (minus any incurred expenses) is provided if a cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance. If cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance, you will receive a full credit (minus any incurred expenses) which can be applied to a rescheduled course within the following six calendar months. We will work with you to find a suitable time to reschedule.
Although rare, it is possible that on-site training may need to be canceled, due to illness, airline problems (e.g., employee strikes, large weather systems), etc. In such circumstances we will provide a full refund and work with you to reschedule.
